Traffic moved within city limits without unscheduled road closures at 9:12 a.m., on Friday as the state Department of Transportation reported that an earlier collision that closed all southbound traffic on Interstate 83 in Baltimore had been cleared.
Traffic near Anne Arundel Community College, however, was disrupted by emergency roadwork on College Parkway East at MD 2 that closed the eastbound left off-ramp lane at 8:46 a.m., DOT said.
The Maryland Transit Administration reported minor MARC train delays at 9:12 a.m.
