A one-vehicle crash in Baltimore County on the outer loop of Interstate 695 at the Providence Road exit has closed one of two outer loop shoulders at 9:16 a.m., according to the state Department of Transportation.
Also, the city Department of Transportation says it will close lanes along Pratt Street for construction beginning on Monday morning. Two lanes of Pratt Street will be closed to through traffic at the intersection of Eutaw Street from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Then at 3 p.m., a single lane of through traffic will remain closed along Pratt Street throughout the night, officials said. The construction will last about a week officials said.
The Maryland Transit Administration reported minor delays on the light rail and MARC train at 9:20 a.m.
