An accident with injury in Harford County hampered Thursday morning's commute, according to the state Department of Transportation.
At 6:18 a.m., an accident with injury north of Abingdon on Interstate 95, Exit 80 [MD 543/Creswell Road] southbound in Harford County closed the left lane.
MTA reported as of 7:36 on Thursday morning that its MARC Tracker was experiencing some technical issues and was not tracking properly. MTA said that technicians had been alerted to the matter and all trains were running on time.
