William Donald Schaefer Memorial Service
Old St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 233 N. Charles St., 11 a.m.
Doors open at 9 a.m., but seating for the public is limited. There will be some overflow seating at the Tremont Grand Hotel next door, where the service will be televised.
Entombment at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens, 200 E. Padonia Road, after the service.

The Enoch Pratt Free Library will show the service on a 10-foot-by-10-foot screen in the main hall of the Central Library, 400 Cathedral St.
The following streets will be closed with parking restrictions in effect: Fayette Street between Gay and North Charles streets, 10:15 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.; North Charles Street between Fayette and Mulberry streets, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.; Saratoga Street between Liberty and Charles streets, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Parking garages located in the vicinity of the road closures will also be affected. Patrons who use the garages can park until 9 a.m. From 9 a.m. until 2 p.m., controlled access will be allowed only for those attending the service. Patrons can exit the garages at any time.
Temporary road closures and delays should be expected as the procession travels from the church to Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens. Delays will occur sometime after 12:15 p.m.
From the church, the funeral procession will travel north on North Charles Street and onto the Jones Falls Expressway. It will proceed onto the Beltway eastbound, remaining in the slow lane and going onto northbound Interstate 83. It will exit at eastbound Padonia Road and proceed to the cemetery.
Schaefer's aides request that any donations in his memory be made to the William Donald Schaefer Civic Fund administered by the Baltimore Community Foundation. The fund helps community groups and nonprofits.
