The incident occurred at about 11 p.m. in a pool in the 600 block of Tegner Way, in the New Marks Commons area, Rockville. In a press release police said Hafis Kareem, 15, was part of a group of juveniles who entered the pool after closing. At some point, Kareem failed to resurface, police said.
