Man injured in machete attack

Reisterstown Road fight sends one to hospital

A man was injured in Northwest Baltimore Friday night after being struck with a machete during a fight, Baltimore police reported.

Officers responded to a call about 7:45 p.m. reporting a fight involving a machete between two Hispanic males at a shopping center in the 6600 block of Reisterstown Road. Police found one of the men with cuts to his arms and torso and had him transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police said they had no further information about the suspect in the case.
