•The Maryland State Fair at the Timonium Fairgrounds will re-open Sunday at noon following an inspection of the grounds and rides.
•The Town of Ocean City will reopen to the public Sunday beginning at noon. The beach will be open but access to the surf will be restricted.
•The Baltimore Summer Antiques Show at the convention center in Baltimore will open at 11 a.m. Sunday.
Baltimore-Washington Thurgood Marshall International has remained open throughout the hurricane. Food and retail operations are also open. While airlines are slowly resuming service, travelers should still continue to check with their airlines for flight status information before heading to the airport.
•The Orioles' doubleheader Saturday against the New York Yankees has been postponed. The originally-scheduled 1:05 p.m. game will be made up on Sept. 8 at a time to be determined. The 7:05 p.m. game will be played as part of a split-admission doubleheader Sunday at 7:35 p.m. Sunday's doubleheader will begin with the regularly-scheduled afternoon game at 1:35.
•All Pratt Library locations are closing at 3 p.m. Saturday.
•American Visionary Art Museum is closing at 4 p.m. Saturday.
•Most state park campgrounds and day-use areas east of Washington County will be closed through Sunday. Assateague will remain closed until Wednesday morning.
•All Anne Arundel public school activities as well as any activities scheduled at school buildings and fields on Saturday and Sunday are canceled. No decisions regarding school operations for Monday have been made.
• Baltimore County public schools activities for Saturday and Sunday have been canceled.
•Harford County Public Schools decided early Friday to cancel all activities in its buildings scheduled for Saturday and Sunday.
•All Howard County Public School System facilities and fields will be closed on Saturday and Sunday. All school-sponsored activities, including athletic practices, and community-sponsored events are canceled.
•Baltimore Farmers' Market and Bazaar is closed Sunday. The market will resume its regular schedule for Labor Day weekend.
•The Irvine Nature Center will be closed Sunday.
•The inaugural Silopanna Music Festival, which was scheduled to take place in Crownsville Saturday, has been canceled, said promoter Rams Head Group.
•Annapolis 10-miler scheduled for Sunday has been canceled.
•Get Ready! Get Set! Get Fit! 5K Run/1 Mile Walk scheduled for Sunday at Towson University has been canceled. Packet pickup will still be held 10 a.m.-noon Saturday at Bykota Senior Center. Packets, including race T-shirt, snacks and coupons, may also be picked up in Room 325 at Senior Center Monday through Sept. 2 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Refunds are not available.
• Saturday's FAAN Walk for Food Allergy has been postponed until Oct. 15 at Meadowbrook Park, Ellicott City.
•Baltimore Ghost Tours is canceling all Saturday tours. Guests who have bought tickets may reschedule or receive a refund. Email firstname.lastname@example.org.
•The Banneker-Douglass Museum in Annapolis will be closed on Saturday.
The Journey, Foreigner and Night Ranger concert at Jiffy Lube Live on Sunday has been postponed to Sept. 4. Because of a scheduling conflict, Foreigner will not perform Sept. 4. All tickets will be honored on the new date.
•Saturday's scheduled game between the Aberdeen IronBirds and the Staten Island Yankees will begin at noon. The game was originally scheduled to start at 7:05 p.m. In addition, Sunday's scheduled game at Staten Island has been postponed. It will be made up as part of a double-header on Monday night at Staten Island.
•The 9:30 Club in Washington has also moved a concert and birthday party for godfather of go-go Chuck Brown to Sunday night.
