Fox 43 meteorologist MaryEllen Pann says your Monday commute will start as scattered showers and then cool off for the drive home.
A flood watch will be in effect from midnight Sunday through Monday afternoon.
With rainfall expected to reach 1 to 3 inches, the National Weather Service said streams and creeks may overrun their banks and urban areas with poor drainage may have minor flooding.
In Maryland, the flood watch area includes Baltimore City and Baltimore, Harford, Howard, Anne Arundel, Montgomery, Prince George's, Calvert, Charles and St. Mary's counties.
