Dismissed: Tenants lose, landlords win in Baltimore's rent court

Teen charged after sharing sex video with wider Baltimore school body

A 16-year-old boy at an East Baltimore high school was charged Tuesday with child pornography and unlawful surveillance after police said he shared video of himself having sex with a girl in the bathroom.

Police said the sex, which occured in Feburary, was consensual but the 15-year-old girl didn't know she was being recorded in the bathroom at Paul Laurence Dunbar High School.

The boy, who was charged as a juvenile, tried to share the video with two students using the cellphone app AirDrop, police said. Instead, the video went to the wider school body who had the app.

The boy was charged with child pornography because the girl is a minor, police said. He was also charged was visual surveillance with prurient intent.

The boy and girl locked themselves in the school bathroom to have sex, police said. The video was shared last week.
