Police investigate homicide in Northeast Baltimore

Baltimore City police are investigating a homicide in a Northeast Baltimore home and say they maybe be closing in on a suspect.

Officers responded to a house in the 1400 block of Gorsuch Avenue in the Coldstream Homestead Montbello neighborhood at about 8 p.m. on Saturday and found a 66-year-old man with trauma to his body, police said. A person of interest has been taken into custody at the scene, police said.

Investigators believe that the victim and another person were involved in a dispute, Baltimore police spokesman Det. Jeremy Silbert said in a statement.
Police did not release the identity of either person.
