Icy roads blamed in rash of accidents Christmas morning

More than two dozen accidents Tuesday morning in the Baltimore area sent at least two people to the Maryland Shock Trauma Center and closed parts of slick area highways, and the National Weather Service was predicting that Wednesday could bring second morning affected by a wintry mix.
