Robert Fearing, who served in the Air Force for 20 years, with his daughters Jenna, 6, left, and Kira, 13, right. One of his deployments was to Iraq, where he developed post-traumatic stress disorder. He and hundreds of thousands of other veterans are awaiting answers to their disability claims.
