Carnival Cruise

Caitlin Ruby, 14, left, with her mother, Danielle Koontz, right, of Sterling, VA, enjoyed the Carnival Lines "cruise to nowhere," a two-night weekend cruise on the Chesapeake Bay at a low price. Carnival Lines came up with the cruise at the last minute, after Hurricane Sandy disrupted their scheduled cruise operation. The 2355 passengers returned from the sold-out excursion Sunday morning.
