Arrests in Baltimore for illegal guns often lead to dropped charges or little jail time

County Council members David Marks, who represents Towson, and Vicki Almond have proposed a bill that would ban changeable electronic signage along Charles Street, a National Scenic Byway. West Towson Elementary initially erected these signs but after complaints in late 2010 from neighbors who decried the signs as intrusive, these were replaced by non-electronic signs.
