North Charles Street in Towson re-opened after early-afternoon crash

All lanes of traffic on North Charles Street in Towson are now open after a serious three-car crash closed the northbound side of North Charles Street at West Towsontown Boulevard, Baltimore County Police said Tuesday afternnoon.

Baltimore County Police spokeswoman Louise Rogers-Feher said that around 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, an Acura traveling south on North Charles Street near Chestnut Avenue jumped the median and hit a Subaru Outback traveling north head-on. The Subaru then hit a third car.

Two people were transported to Sinai Hospital as Priority Two patients, a designation reserved for patients who require medical attention for injuries that are not immediately life-threatening.
