Baltimore County emergency units and Maryland Transit Administration police responded Thursday afternoon to a car accident involving an MTA bus and a vehicle at the corner of York Road and Cross Campus Boulevard in Towson.
County Police said on Twitter that the accident, which occurred at 1:49 p.m., required seven people to be taken to area hospitals with minor injuries.
According to police, six adults and one child were injured, and patients were transported to Greater Baltimore Medical Center and St. Joseph's Hospital.
At the scene, a blue Ford hatchback was off the road against a utility pole, and the MTA bus sustained damage to its right front panel.
