Baltimore County Police said Tuesday that detectives have issued a warrant for a man they say was allegedly connected to the Christmas Eve robbery of the Target in the Towson Place shopping center.
Police said they are searching for Ranzino Quintal Brooks, 25, though they did not specify his role in the robbery, which took place in the 1200 block of Putty Hill Avenue.
The robbery occurred at 3:19 p.m. Dec. 24, police said, when a man approached an employee at a cash register, implied that he had a weapon, and demanded money from the register. Police said the man was given an undisclosed amount of money and fled the store.
