Baltimore City man charged in stabbing outside Towson 7-Eleven

A man who stopped to intervene in an alleged domestic assault outside a Towson 7-Eleven store allegedly stabbed the man involved in the incident, Baltimore County Police said.

According to police, officers responded at 2:30 a.m. Friday to the 7-Eleven in the 6300 block of Sherwood Road, where a man was allegedly physically assaulting a woman.

Police said a man driving by the location saw the alleged assault and stopped his car to tell the man to stop assaulting the woman, and an argument between the two men ensued.

As the men argued, police said the man who stopped to intervene  went to the trunk of his car, retrieved a knife, and stabbed the other man.
