The Royal Farms store near the corner of Falls Road and Lake Avenue was robbed early Monday morning, the third time the store has been robbed this year.
Baltimore County Police said that at 2:34 a.m. on Monday, March 4, a man entered the Royal Farms in the 6000-block of Falls Road in Towson, pulled a black handgun from a brown bag, pointed the gun at the cashier and said, “Give me the money, soldier.”
The clerk put money in a bag, and the man fled on foot. Police said the robber was a black man around six feet tall, and was wearing a ski mask.
At 9:10 p.m. on Jan. 20, a man with a gun or taser stole money and cigarettes from the store, police said.
Two weeks earlier, at 4:10 a.m. on Jan. 7, two men robbed the store clerk at knifepoint, destroyed surveillance equipment, and stole cash and cigarettes.Copyright © 2015, The Baltimore Sun
