Towson City Center is the $27 million redevelopment of the 12-story building near the roundabout at 1 Investment Place, and was previously known as Towson's Investment Building.
It was closed for years before the renovation by Caves Valley Partners. When fully leased, it's expected to add about 500 new jobs to downtown Towson.
The largest single tenant for the 157,712-square-foot building is Towson University, which has leased four floors, totaling nearly 58,000 square feet of space.
The university space includes a Wellness Center and the campus radio station, WTMD-FM 89.7.
Caves Valley Partners occupies another four floors along with MileOne. Cunningham Kitchen, a restaurant operated by Bagby Restaurant Group, will operate on part of the first floor.
MileOne Automotive is one of the largest automotive groups in the country, with approximately $1.4 billion in revenue, 3,000 employees nationally, and more than 40,000 retail units sold annually.
