Three charged in Loch Raven 7-Eleven shooting

Baltimore County Police announced Wednesday that three Baltimore City men were arrested this month and charged with attempted murder for the Dec. 8 shooting of a 7-Eleven clerk in Loch Raven.

According to police, Avery Joshua Perry, 22, of the 1600 block of East Lafayette Avenue, Renwick Bartholomew Perry, Jr., 25, of the 1600 block of East Lafayette Avenue, and Devon Deairre Powell, 23, of the 1500 block of Myrtle Avenue, were charged in connection to the incident.

Police said at the time that officers were called to respond to a shooting at the 7-Eleven in the 8600 block of Pleasant Plains Road at 7:29 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 8. Officers found that a masked man who entered the store demanding money had shot an adult male employee.

According to online court records, all three were charged with one count each of attempted first-degree murder and armed robbery. Warrants were issued on Jan. 15, and served the following day, according to court records.

No attorneys are listed for any of the three men charged.
