Alex Vanko, of Towson, graduated magnum cum laude from the College of Wooster, in Wooster, Ohio, with a Bachelor of Arts in biology and a minor in philosophy. He was also inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
Regina Spatarella, of Cockeysville, earned a magna cum laude Bachelor of Arts in graphic design with an honors medal from Marymount University, in Arlington, Va., on May 20.
Lauren Cash, of Lutherville, graduated cum laude with a degree in Psychology from Messiah College, in Grantham, Pa., on May 12.
Stephen Siwinski, of Towson, received a bachelor's degree in counseling and human services from The University of Scranton, in Scranton, Pa., on May 27.
Eva Fillion, of Towson, received a Bachelor of Arts cum laude from Skidmore College, in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., on May 19.
Amalie Thavikulwat, of Towson, received a bachelor's degree from Harvard College, Cambridge, Mass., on May 24.
Emily Ruppel, a graduate of Loch Raven High School, received a scholarship from Northrop Grumman Corporation Engineering Scholars program, which awarded her $10,000. She plans to study general engineering at the University of Maryland, College Park.
Matthew Freter, of Towson, has been named to the dean's list for the spring 2012 semester at Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wis.
Zhaomin Cai and Alyssa Jeffers, of Towson, have been named to the spring 2012 dean's list at The University of Rhode Island, Kingston, R.I.
Brian Scheerer, of Hunt Valley, graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in integrated science and technology and Jessica Kleinhen, of Timonium, graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in nursing from James Madison University, Harrisonburg, Va. on May 5.
Matthew Beers, of Towson, received a bachelor's in social work at Widener University, Chester, Pa,. on May 12 and named to the spring 2012 dean's list.

Taylor Riley, of Towson, graduated as a Morrissy Honors Scholar and successfully completed her teaching apprenticeship.
Jennifer Zauch, of Towson, a student at Notre Dame Preparatory School, Colchester, Vt., was named the 2012 recipient of the Saint Michael's College Book Award for Academic Achievement with a Social Conscience.
