It's the Great Cookie robbery, as 24 pounds of treats are stolen in Towson

Two men hopped the counter of Great Cookie at the Towson Town Center mall early Tuesday morning and stole 24 pounds of cookies, according to a Baltimore County Police report.

According to a summary of the incident, video surveillance showed that the incident occurred at 1:54 a.m. on Sept. 18 at the mall, located in the 800 block of Dulaney Valley Road.

The cookie burglary was the second time in two months that the Great Cookie, located in the mall's third-floor food court, has been robbed, police said.

On Aug. 10, police said a man entered the mall around 11 p.m., turned off the circuit breaker that controlled the Great Cookie alarm, and stole money from the cash drawers that were stored in the freezer.
