Towson parking garage sexual encounter interrupted by knife-wielding man

A man caught watching a couple engage in sexual activities on the top floor of a Towson parking garage early Saturday morning pulled a knife and chased the couple down a staircase, Baltimore County Police said.

Police spokeswoman Cpl. Cathy Batton said a 21-year-old man and 21-year-old woman were having a sexual encounter at 1:30 a.m. on Feb. 24 when they observed a black male nearby with his pants down.

The man was masturbating, Batton said, and when he was noticed, the man chased the couple down the parking garage stairs.

Batton said the woman continued down the stairs and fled the scene. The assailant pulled a butterfly-style knife on the 21-year-old man, pointed it at him, and began yelling, Batton said.

The man then fled down the stairs to the bottom level and the assailant did not follow him,  Batton said.

Batton said the assailant is a black male, approximately 5-feet, 10-inches tall, with short black hair.
