The following is compiled from local police reports. It is our policy to provide identification when there is enough information to make identification possible.


York Road, 7800 block. Nov. 24 at 10:36 p.m. Patrol units were attempting to stop the driver of a stolen vehicle when the vehicle backed into a marked patrol car, almost striking an officer. Driver and passenger of stolen vehicle apprehended.

Loch Raven Boulevard, 8700 block. Nov. 24 between 6:31 p.m. and 6:41 p.m. Woman assaulted a man and stole his money while in a room at the Days Inn.


Greenspring Drive, 1900 block. Between Nov. 25 at 6 a.m. and Nov. 26 at 4:25 a.m. Two men cut locks from 13 storage units at Self Storage and stole property. Entry was made by cutting the chain link fence surrounding the facility.

Beehive Place, Unit block. Nov. 24 between 12:30 a.m. and 6 a.m. Clothing and jewelry stolen from residence after entry made through unlocked sliding door.

Galloway Avenue, 400 block. Nov. 23 between 12:45 p.m. and 6:10 p.m. Cell phone stolen from residence after entry made through bathroom window.

Seven Springs Court, Unit block. Between Nov. 22 at 9 p.m. and Nov. 23 at 2:50 p.m. Game system stolen from residence after entry made through garage door.

Hewetson Court, Unit block. Between Nov. 21 at 9:30 p.m. and Nov. 22 at 11 a.m. Loose change stolen and glove box rifled from vehicle parked in front of residence.

York Road, 1100 block. Between Nov. 19 at 9:30 p.m. and Nov. 25 at 6:30 p.m. Tablet, mist maker and battery charger stolen from Escape Key.
