Baltimore County Police say a man was robbed last week near Towson and cut on his arm by assailants who took his cash and a cell phone.
According to the police report, the incident occurred at 8 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 4, in the 6600 block of Collinsdale Road.
Police said the victim was robbed at knifepoint by two men while walking to his car.
The assailants put a knife to the man's neck, said "You know what time it is" and "Kick it out," according to the report. The victim gave the thieves cash and a black cell phone, and was cut on his left forearm.

Fairmount Avenue, 500 block, between 2 p.m. Sept. 29 and 6 p.m. Oct. 2. Laptop stolen from Metro Public Adjustment Inc.
Collinsdale Road, 6500 block, between 12:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Oct. 1. A 1996 Dodge Neon, Maryland tag number 4AC0061, stolen. Police report said two juveniles were involved.
Castle Drive, 500 block, between 7 p.m. Sept. 30 and 12 p.m. Oct. 1. Two vacuum cleaners stolen from apartment. Thief entered through window.
Greenside Drive, 9700 block, between 9 p.m. Sept. 26 and 7 p.m. Sept. 28. Unsuccessful attempt to pry open doors, locks and window at County Home Park.
Bridgelake Circle, unit block, between 10:30 p.m. Sept. 26 and 11:05 a.m. Sept. 27. Coins stolen from laundry machines. Door to laundry room forced open.
Beaver Dam Road, 10600 block, between 8:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. Sept. 21. Copper wire stolen from unlocked vehicle at DEL Electric. Fence cut to get into secured lot.
Valley Court Road, 400 block, between 3 p.m. Oct. 6 and 10:30 a.m. Oct. 7. House ransacked. Unknown if anything taken. Entry through rear sliding door.
East Padonia Road, 100 block, between 7:30 and 7:45 p.m. Oct. 5. Bicycle stolen from open garage.
Ridgefield Road, 100 block, between 8:30 p.m. Oct. 2 and 12:45 a.m. Oct. 3. Cash, an iPad and iPad Nano stolen. Entry through kitchen window after screen cut and tossed in back yard.
Wendslow Place, unit block, between 7 p.m. Sept. 30 and 11:40 a.m. Oct. 1. Vehicle ransacked. Unknown if anything taken.
Seminary Avenue, unit block, between 12:01 a.m. Sept. 29 and noon Sept. 30. Three offices were broken into and prescription pads were stolen from dental office of Edwin Hurd.
