Juvenile charged with assault in road rage incident [Crime Log]

The following is compiled from police reports from the Towson and Cockeysville precincts. Our policy is to include descriptions when there is enough information to make identification possible.

A juvenile was arrested and charged with first-degree assault after a road rage incident in Timonium a little after 7 p.m. on April 26, police reports state. According to police, the juvenile, driving a Ford F-150 truck with Pennsylvania tags, was tailgating a car carrying five people and then pointed a BB gun at one of the passengers in the other car. The passenger got out of the car at Ivy Church and Dulaney Valley roads and the juvenile then struck the passenger with his truck, reports state. The juvenile was charged as adult with first-degree assault, police report.

Towson

Danhurst Court, unit block, between 8:27 a.m. May 2 and 9:43 a.m. May 4. Reisterstown man arrested after unsuccessfully trying to enter apartment through rear sliding glass door accessible only by climbing balcony. Nothing was taken or damaged. Man charged with first-degree burglary.

York Road, unit block, between 7 p.m April 27 and 11 a.m. April 28. Kymco moped stolen from garage without doors.

Donnybrook Lane, 200 block, between 3 p.m. April 26 and 10 a.m. April 27. Backpack containing iPad and prescription glasses stolen from apartment. Entry gained through partially open rear kitchen window.

E. Burke Avenue, unit block, between 8:58 a.m. and 11 a.m. April 25. FedEx package stolen from back porch of house.

Cockeysville

Margarette Avenue, 1400 block between 3 p.m. May 1 and 1 a.m. May 2. 2012 Nissan Versa stolen while at address where it was being repaired.
