The following is compiled from local police reports. It is our policy to provide identification when there is enough information to make identification possible.

Towson:

Dixie Drive, Unit block. Feb. 9 between 3 p.m. and 3:25 p.m. Front door and sun room window found open. Nothing taken.

Loch Bend Drive, 8700 block. Feb. 7 between 1:30 a.m. and 1:40 a.m. Attempted robbery at an apartment complex.

Meridian Lane, Unit block. Feb. 7 between 1:45 a.m. and 1:50 a.m. Door mat stolen off front porch.

York Road, 8000 block. Feb. 7 between 8:15 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. Cellphone stolen from living room after entering through unlocked front door.

Virginia Avenue, 500 block. Feb. 6 between 9:19 p.m. and 9:22 p.m. Tools stolen from apartment maintenance room.

Scarlett Drive, 700 block. Feb. 7 between 5 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. Vehicle broken into. Nothing stolen, but glove compartment damaged.

Saylor Court, 700 block. Between Feb. 6 at 3 p.m. and Feb. 8 at 10 a.m. Gift card stolen from a vehicle parked at a residence.

Bosley Avenue, 800 block. Feb. 5 between 9:30 p.m. and 9:32 p.m. Woman robbed of her purse after parking on Bosley Avenue.

Cromwell Bridge Road, 900 block. Between Feb. 2 at 8 p.m. and Feb. 6 at 10 a.m. Five 1980s-style bicycles stolen from unlocked garage.

Charles Street, 6200 block. Feb. 2 between 2:10 p.m. and 2:17 p.m. Attempted break-in at Brown Memorial Woodbrook Presbyterian Church. Glass broken with a brick.

Aigburth Road, Unit block. Between Feb. 2 at 5 p.m. and Feb. 3 at 9 a.m. Dodge Caravan stolen.

Cockeysville area:

Cranbrook Road, 500 block. Feb. 9 between 7:11 a.m. and 7:14 a.m. Quick Mart robbed at knifepoint. Cash and iPhone stolen.

Charmuth Road, 1400 block. Feb. 8 between 12:20 a.m. and 1 a.m. Someone used extension ladder to reach upstairs bedroom window and cut hole in screen, but was unable to enter.

Belmore Road, Unit block. Feb. 7 between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. Small, blue safe stolen from home after entering by prying open bedroom window.

Rocky Hill Road, 600 block. Feb. 2 between 5 p.m. and Feb. 5 at 5:20 a.m. Four tools stolen from vehicle.
