Towson crime log

The following is compiled from local police reports. Our policy is to include descriptions when there is enough information to make identification possible.

Joppa Road, 1600 block. Oct. 15 at 12:30 p.m. A man entered 1st Mariner Bank and demanded money from a teller. The man had one hand in his pocket during the robbery and the teller believed he had a weapon. The man fled with cash.

La Paix Lane, 100 block. Between Oct 13 at 6 p.m. and Oct. 14 at 6: 30 a.m. Two vehicles were rummaged through, and a laptop was stolen from one. Victims said their vehicles were locked.

Sussex Road, 500 block. Oct. 12 at 2:30 a.m. Police received a call for a suspicious vehicle. When the vehicle was located, police found a woman in it with a bicycle. An investigation determined that the bicycle was stolen.

Oxford Road, 7100 block. Between Oct. 10 at 7 p.m. and Oct. 11 at 6:15 a.m. A silver 2008 Acura MDX with Maryland plates 10615CF was stolen from a driveway.

Stonewain Court, unit block. Oct. 11 at 10:05 p.m. Two men, one with a gun, entered an apartment and assaulted one of four victims, stole property, and fled.
