State Sen. Jim Brochin, who represents District 42 including Towson, will hold his annual Loch Raven community meeting next Monday, Oct. 1.

Monday's event will include representatives from the Baltimore County Police Department and Baltimore County Code Enforcement, and the discussion will be centered on the Loch Raven area, rising crime concerns, and code enforcement issues, according to an announcement from the senator's office.
