Details on this project are expected to be released soon, but county officials confirmed in January that a large portion of the 5-acre block between Washington Avenue, Susquehanna Avenue, and East Chesapeake Avenue was purchased by a group led by Caves Valley Partners. Caves Valley Partners developed Towson City Center, formerly the Investment Building in downtown Towson. Read about the purchase here.
