In this photo from August, bucket operator Julio Portillo trims trees along a private driveway off Stevenson Road after this summer's derecho storm.  Foresters at BGE are planning to conduct vegetation management along Cromwell Bridge Road in the Towson area beginninag in late October, and continuing for about three months. Officials say its needed to protect reliability of a transmission line serving Towson.
