Arrests in Baltimore for illegal guns often lead to dropped charges or little jail time

Speed camera in Towson vandalized with spray paint

A man walking his dog in Towson on Friday reported a speed camera covered in white spray paint, Baltimore County police said.

Police don't know when the vandalism at the intersection of Thornton and Landrake roads happened, and a suspect has not been identified.
