The Baltimore County Council will hold its legislative session earlier than usual today because of the winter weather advisory.

The meeting is now scheduled for 3:30 p.m. at the historic courthouse in Towson, rather than 6 p.m. as originally scheduled.

The council is scheduled to vote on an amendment to a maintenance and repair contract with Siemens Technology, and to approve a $2,000 grant to the Dundalk Renaissance Corporation for youth projects.
