A car fell four stories out of a parking garage in Towson.

A luxury car car fell four stories out of a parking garage in downtown Towson on Monday morning, though the driver was not seriously injured, police said.

The Audi Q5 fell out of the garage in the 100 block of Allegheny Avenue just before 9 a.m. The car landed upside-down on the sidewalk. The driver, a woman in her 20s, was taken to Sinai Hospital for treatment, police said.

Police were investigating the circumstances of the fall and had no further information.

Several hours after the plunge, a missing concrete barrier was temporarily patched with wooden boards, and caution tape warned those nearby to avoid the area.
