Baltimore City officer arrested in Towson

An armed, off-duty Baltimore City police officer was arrested in Towson early Saturday and charged with two counts of reckless endangerment. Baltimore County police said that Matthew David Daugherty, 28, posted $75,000 bail after the incident. Police said they were called to the Rec Room bar in the 500 block of York Road in Towson after an employee called 911 and described a disturbance.
