Divine

Harris Glenn Milstead (1945-1989), better known by his stage name, Divine, grew up in Towson. At 12, he moved north to Lutherville, where he became friends with John Waters; the two would go on to make their own brand of cinema history. Their movies together included "Desperate Living," "Pink Flamingos" and "Polyester."
