House fire breaks out in Catonsville

At 11:54 a.m. Wednesday, the Baltimore County Fire Department was dispatched to a 1-alarm fire at 1928 Oak Lodge Road in Catonsville.

"A fire was seen coming through the roof," said Louise Rogers-Feher, a county fire spokeswoman. "Heavy fire was showing throughout."

She said there was equipment at the scene from the Catonsville, Arbutus, Halethorpe and Westview fire departments, in addition to a medic team and Emergency Medical Services team.

Rogers-Feher said it is unknown whether anyone was in the two-story residence when the fire began.

"There's no confirmation of any injuries at this point," Rogers-Feher said. "It's a relatively new fire."
