Annual tree lighting Nov. 30
Our Catonsville community ushers in the holiday season at the annual Tree Lighting Ceremony on Saturday, Nov. 30, at 6:30 p.m. at the corner of Egges Lane and Frederick Road.
Now in its 20th year, Catonsville's Holiday House becomes Santa Central as the jolly man arrives to start the celebration on a fire truck.
Begin your holiday season with free refreshments, seasonal music, fireworks and a visit with Santa in the heart of Catonsville.
Many businesses and local restaurants will extend their hours during this celebration.
Donations of children's socks and underwear for the Catonsville High School Student Coalition will be accepted.
Go to the Chamber's website at http://www.catonsville.org, for "Santa House" hours and information.
On behalf of the Greater Catonsville Chamber of Commerce, I wish our Catonsville community a very Happy Thanksgiving.Copyright © 2015, The Baltimore Sun
