Catonsville resident Jason Howard was the first-place winner of the Johns Hopkins Rangos Award, which challenges students, physicians and scientists at Hopkins to come up with a creative way to treat and cure metastatic cancer. Howard is a postdoctoral fellow in the Head and Neck Cancer Therapeutics Program in the Department of Oncology.
