Baltimore police have identified the body found off of Key Highway in the Inner Harbor Saturday as Fidel Malik Williams.
Williams, 28, was found at 801 Key Highway, at 8:20 a.m., police said. The body was recovered from the water near Federal Hill Park and the American Visionary Art Museum.
The Edmondson Heights resident was last seen leaving a friend's house on Dec. 27 on Glenmore Avenue in northeast Baltimore. It was believed that he was heading toward the Maryland Transit Administration bus stop at Harford Road and Glenmore Avenue, according to Baltimore County police.
Homicide detectives are still investigating the cause of death.
