Owings Mills woman charged with stabbing boyfriend

An Owings Mills woman is charged with stabbing her boyfriend during an altercation Sunday afternoon, Baltimore County police said.

Rhonda Leita Cauthen, 44, stabbed her boyfriend at her apartment in the 4600 block of Riverstone Drive, police said. Officers found him in a vehicle nearby, in the unit block of Windermere Court, shortly before 5 p.m. Police said he was suffering from a stab wound to the upper body and he was taken to area hospital for treatment of non life-threatening injuries. Police did not identify him.

Cauthen is charged with attempted first-degree murder and related offenses. She is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.

She did not have a lawyer listed in online court records.
