Baltimore County police are investigating the fatal stabbing of a man and a woman in Parkville early Sunday morning, in which the woman's husband has allegedly come forward and admitted his involvement.
Police believe the double killing was the result of a domestic dispute.
When police arrived at the first block of Solar Circle about 2:30 a.m. for a reported stabbing, they found 42-year-old Okemia Lastezia Walls outside on the ground near the street with multiple stab wounds. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
As police began investigating, they were approached by Bryant Keith Walls, 45, of Joppa, who "admitted his involvement in the stabbing" and told officers a second victim was in a home in the first block of nearby Venus Court — where Okemia Walls lived.
Police went to the home and found William Henry Cunningham, 50, of the 800 block of North Patterson Park Drive in East Baltimore, dead, also from multiple stab wounds.
Bryant Walls, of the 300 block of Pulaski Highway, was denied bail and is being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center, police said.
He has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder.
