Man, 23, gets 2 life terms plus 100 years in light rail kidnapping
A 23-year-old bulldozer driver was sentenced Friday to spend the rest of his life in prison for the armed kidnapping and robbery of two teenagers last October at a light-rail station in Timonium and the subsequent rape of one of the victims.
