Crime Log: Multiple armed robberies

The following is compiled from local police reports.

East Drive, 5200 block, between 12:10 a.m. and 12:19 a.m., April 20. Three men approached man in his car, put gun to his head and stole two camera lenses and a wallet with cash card and bank cards.

Birch Avenue and Highview Road, 11:09 a.m. April 19. Man arrested and charged with armed robbery, first and second degree assault after incident in which a man pointed a knife at another man and demanded money.

Hammonds Ferry Road, 3100 block, 9 p.m. April 18. Man with a handgun stole cash from register at Lansdowne BP station.

Gaylawn Drive, 2100 block, between 10 p.m. April 17, and 5 a.m. April 18. Generator and copper stolen from shed. Lock cut off shed.

Elaine Avenue, 2000 block, between 10 p.m. April 17, and 5 a.m. April 18. Door brackets sawed off and padlock removed from shed.

Lorena Avenue, 3200 block, 6:20 p.m. April 14. Three people seen attempting to enter detached garage. One arrested.

Ryerson Circle, 3100 block, 5:02 p.m., April 13. Bicycle stolen from backyard.

Lakebrook Circle, 2900 block, between 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., April 13. Front door forced open. TV damaged. Nothing taken.

Francis Avenue, 1100 block, between 7:30 p.m. April 12, and 2:30 p.m. April 14. Jewelry and silverware stolen from residence. Rear window broken.
