North Baltimore Crime Log: EZ Storage break-in captured on video surveillance

Bretton Place

400 block, between 12:22 and 2:22 p.m. March 8. Residence broken into, but nothing reported stolen. Entry gained by breaking window on basement door.

North Calvert Street

2700 block at 6:45 p.m. March 8. Man walking to his porch robbed at gunpoint of cash.

North Charles Street

4700 block, between 4:15 and 4:35 p.m. March 8. Cash, iPhone, purse, ID, personal papers stolen from vehicle.

2600 block, between 3:05 and 3:15 p.m. March 8. TV, docking stations, shoes stolen from shed. Entry gained by cutting lock off storage unit at EZ Storage. Manager saw several suspects on video surveillance using bolt cutter to break lock and recognized them as a former friend and her brother.

Chestnut Avenue

3000 block at 5:15 p.m. March 6. Purse, credit cards stolen from residence. Entry gained by breaking rear window.

Falls Road

3500 block, between 10 p.m. March 7 and 10:20 a.m. March 8. Tools, Garmin GPS, radio stolen from vehicle.

Greenmount Avenue

3700 block, between 1 and 11 p.m. March 8. Residence broken into, but nothing reported stolen. Entry gained by forcing open front door.

3900 block, between 9:30 a.m. and 9:05 p.m. March 7. Computer, XBox stolen from residence. Entry gained by forcing open second-floor rear window.

Hooper Avenue

3600 block, between 9:30 a.m. and 3:45 p.m. March 7. TV, iPad, MacBook, camera, jewelry stolen from residence. Entry gained by breaking front window.

Huntingdon Avenue

2700 block, between 10:30 and 11 a.m. March 6. Purse stolen from residence. Method of entry unknown.

Laplata Avenue

4400 block, between 6:30 p.m. March 3 and 11 a.m March 4. Tan, 2001 Volvo S60 with Maryland tags 1AP9047 stolen.

East Lake Avenue

400 block at 3 p.m. March 8. Someone tried to steal vehicle.

East Northern Parkway

1100 block, between 8:30 p.m. March 4 and 10:30 a.m. March 5. Garmin GPS stolen from vehicle.

Old York Road

3600 block, between 6 a.m. and 4 p.m. March 5. iPad, Laptop, camera, tablet device, TV, XBox, controllers stolen from residence. Entry gained by prying open rear window.

Ready Avenue

5000 block at 9 p.m. March 7. Several assailants robbed King Wok delivery driver at gunpoint of cash, cellphone, wallet, ID.

Richwood Avenue

1000 block at 3:30 p.m. March 9. Unsecured bicycle stolen while victim was playing football.

St. Paul Street

2700 block, between 5 p.m. March 3 and 3:30 p.m. March 5. Copper pipe stolen from vacant dwelling. Entry gained by forcing open rear basement door.

Sunset Road

5100 block, between 3 p.m. March 5 and 1 p.m. March 7. City boot stolen from vehicle.

Union Avenue

800 block, between 3:45 p.m. March 6 and 3:45 p.m. March 7. Golf bag, golf shoes, rain gear stolen from unlocked vehicle.

York Road

5900 block, between 4:45 and 6:15 p.m. March 3. Six DVDs, Leatherman tool stolen from vehicle.

East 25th Street

400 block, between 6:25 and 6:40 p.m. March 5. Cell phone stolen from man's desk in Truth Organization for Youths center

West 29th Street

100 block, between 12:30 a.m. and 2:20 p.m. March 3. Garmin GPS stolen from vehicle.

500 block at 7:30 p.m. March 8. Woman broke co-worker's phone by accident and co-worker took victim's phone and refused to give it back until she fixed co-worker's phone.

East 33rd Street

400 block at 1110 p.m. March 9. China Express deliveryman struck in mouth and robbed at gunpoint. Assailant fled in possibly silver car.
