Bullet fragment
A bullet fragment marked for evidence, found by investigators on a manhole cover in the sidewalk on W. Franklin St., near the parking lot north of the Select Lounge where gunfire erupted Sunday morning. Two Baltimore City police officers were shot, one fatally, outside the Select Lounge in the 400 block of N. Paca Street, where they were called to break up fights outside the club. One civilian, among the six people in all who were shot, was also killed.

This is the "way they roll" in Balitmore (and over in D.C.) and begrudge anyone who step-up.The time has come for police to tighten up on all crime in the nation's capital and surrounding communites.
This behavior is common in Somalia, Sudan, Nigeria and Tanzania too. Look how far that type of behavior has carried those people. Crazy drunken violence is beyond the realm of freedom supported by the US Constitution.
These situations should be very heavily monitored until controls are sustained. The precident of acceptable behavior must be set.
Examples must be made.
