A fuel truck caught fire near the campus of Coppin State University Thursday morning, a city fire spokesman said.

No injuries have been reported at the fire in the 2500 West North Avenue, said fire department spokesman Ian Brennan. He said the call came out at 9:23 a.m., and that one engine remained on scene about 20 minutes later. Hazmat crews were also called for a possible fuel leak.

No additional information was immediately available.
