Baltimore police identified a man who was fatally shot in West Baltimore Sunday — the city's 200th homicide this year.

Police identified the victim as Tymaine Sellman, 19. Police said he was shot multiple times shortly before 7 p.m. in the 500 block Edgewood Street. He was taken to an area hospital but later died.

Police on Monday also announced the arrest of two teens in a non-fatal shooting on Payson Street in the Carrollton Ridge neighborhood last Tuesday.

Police said Troy Goode and Tinquan Dinkins, both 18, are charged with shooting a 23-year-old man in the 200 block of S. Payson St.

Goode, of the 400 block of Parish St., and Dinkins, of the 2400 block of Kermit Court, are charged with attempted first degree murder additional charges. They are being held at the Baltimore City Detention Center.
