Two men shot in Baltimore Saturday afternoon

Two men were shot in separate incidents in Baltimore Saturday afternoon, according to police.

The first shooting happened in the 1300 block of Ensor St. at the edge of the Johnston Square and Oliver neighborhoods in East Baltimore, according to police. Officers were called to investigate just after 2 p.m. and found a 32-year-old man who had been shot multiple times, department spokesman Det. Jeremy Silbert said.

Just before 4:30 p.m., a man was shot in the hip in the 3200 block of Normount Ave. in Southwest Baltimore, police said.

Both men were taken to area hospitals for treatment, police said. Detectives are investigating both shootings.
